When will I receive my next dividend payment?
The second interim dividend for 2007 will be paid on 17 March 2008. The record date (in the UK and Sweden) will be 8 February 2008. The record date in the US will be 11 February 2008. Ordinary shares will trade ex-dividend on the London and Stockholm Stock Exchanges from 6 February 2008. ADRs will trade ex-dividend on the New York Stock Exchange from 7 February 2008.

Ordinary shares will trade ex-dividend on the London and Stockholm Stock Exchanges from 8 August 2007. ADRs will trade ex-dividend on the New York Stock Exchange from the same date.

Can AstraZeneca pay my dividends directly into my bank or building society account?
Yes it is possible to have your dividends paid directly into your bank or building society.

If you are a UK shareholder please complete the request for payment of dividend form and forward it to Equiniti (formerly Lloyds TSB Registrars).

If you are a US shareholder please go to the Investor Services section of the JP Morgan ADR website.

I am a non-taxpayer; can I have my AstraZeneca dividends paid gross?
No, it is not possible to have your dividends paid gross.

Does AstraZeneca have a dividend re-investment plan?
At present AstraZeneca does not have a dividend re-investment plan.
